- Including housing cost considerations in the federal poverty level.
- Timely and accurate data on Fair Market Rents and income limits.
- Long-term affordability and use restrictions.
- Perpetual affordability policies, such as those in shared equity and community land trust models.
NLIHC opposes restricting affordability considerations to only those that include both housing and transportation costs.
