FCF provides funding for the development of community-based housing for clients of the Department of Mental Health (DMH) and the Department of Developmental Services (DDS). FCF monies can be used for the acquisition and/or rehabilitation of existing structures for rental use, including distressed or failed properties, or for the new construction of rental projects.
