The Training Institute for Tenants & Residents (TITR) initiative will host its next webinar, “Equity, Race & Culture 101,” on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 4:00 pm ET. Register today and join a discussion on housing injustice. This session explores how race, culture, and identity shape access to housing, displacement, and power. We’ll examine the historic and ongoing barriers—from redlining to gentrification—and center the voices and lived experiences of those most impacted. Participants will gain tools to recognize systemic inequities and advance housing justice rooted in equity, dignity, and community leadership.
