The Affordable Housing Trust Fund (HTF) is a city-wide fund to promote, preserve and create long-term affordable housing for extremely low, very low and moderate-income households. The Housing Trust Fund was established in 2018 by Ordinance No. 180719 to implement neighborhood revitalization, housing development, and preservation projects in accordance with the City’s housing policy. In 2021, it was updated to establish the process funds would be allocated from the Housing Trust Fund.
