A new post on NLIHC’s blog On the Home Front features Pasadena Tenants Union and its successful campaign to enact rent control and just cause eviction protections via ballot initiative. Pasadena Tenants Union was nominated for NLIHC’s annual Organizing Awards, which honor outstanding achievements in statewide, regional, citywide, neighborhood, and resident organizing that furthers NLIHC’s mission. On the Home Front will highlight the victories of organizing award nominees throughout this month. The winners will be announced in early March and will be honored at NLIHC’s 2023 Housing Policy Forum.
